Meet the Owner
I’m Gregory Harvey, owner of UltraPrecise Tax & Accounting Service. I hold a B.A. in Accounting and an M.S. in Business Administration and provide virtual tax preparation, bookkeeping, QuickBooks, and payroll services to individuals, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations.
I’m an IRS Annual Filing Season Program participant with a Record of Completion, an Authorized IRS e-file Provider, a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, and a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP). My clients work directly with me for practical, personalized service based on their individual tax or accounting needs.

I provide bookkeeping services remotely using QuickBooks Online and secure online tools. You can send documents, review information, ask questions, and receive financial reports without having to meet in person. This allows me to work with clients regardless of their location.

You’ll work directly with me. Depending on your service and preference, we can communicate through secure online tools, email, telephone, or scheduled video meetings. I’m also available to answer questions that arise between scheduled meetings.

I primarily use and recommend QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping and accounting. I am a QuickBooks Online Level 2 Certified ProAdvisor and Intuit Trained Bookkeeper. I can assist with QuickBooks setup, cleanup, diagnostic reviews, and ongoing use.
